Hong Kong Artists Treat Fans To Amazing Performances At “Chill Club Keep Going” Concert
On May 24, 2022, some of the hottest artists in Hong Kong gathered for a highly-anticipated 2-hour concert Chill Club Keep Going.
Chill Club is a weekly music show aired on Hong Kong’s local TV station ViuTV. Well known for providing a platform for local artists to promote their music, the show also hosts large-scale concerts for its viewers to enjoy.
Anson Lo, a member of Hong Kong’s popular boy group MIRROR and the winner of the Best New Asian Artist (Mandarin) Award at the 2021 Mnet Asian Music Awards (also known as the MAMAs), kicked off the concert with three dance songs, “EGO,” “Mr. Stranger,” and “Megahit.”
The second part of the concert featured solo and collaborative performances by Serrini, Alfred Hui, and Panther Chan. All three artists have been active in the music industry for over ten years.
Jay Fung and MC Cheung took the stage next. Jay Fung recently won the Best Singer-Songwriter Silver Award at the 2021/2022 Chill Club Awards, while MC Cheung won the Best New Artist Gold Award and Best Song Award (#8) at the same event.
To close out the concert, 4-membered band Dear Jane got the crowd on their feet while performing “Won’t Live Forever” and “Long Road.” The band also invited MC Cheung and Jay Fung back onto the stage for the show’s final performance, singing the band’s famous song “Inno Per Gli Sconfitti.”
The show will be aired on ViuTV on June 11, 2022, at 9:30PM local time.
