Wang Jing, a popular social media influencer in China, has shared her physical transformation on Douyin (China’s TikTok), which involved spending over one million yuan (nearly $141,000 USD) on cosmetic surgery operations that took place over a few years.
“After the initial surgeries,” she said. “my face was uneven and bumpy. Through multiple corrective procedures, I finally achieved the ideal baby face. Half of each year is spent recovering. I’ve endured so much pain, the beauty I have now is well-deserved.”
According to Chinese media, Wang Jing runs her own cosmetic medical clinic and has encouraged fans to replicate her look by going under the knife there.
517 people have reportedly already turned their faces into mirror images of Wang Jing’s, sparking debates on social media about plastic surgery and individuality.
