YouTube star Maze Lin (also known as Qiang Qiang) was once arrested for the way she dressed.
On an episode of Queen, a Taiwanese variety show, she recounted landing herself in trouble ten years ago in Singapore because of her clothing choice. Her fashion philosophy at the time was simple: the skimpier, the better.
This extended to the shorts that she wore in Singapore. They were so short, apparently, that even she admitted they “looked like underwear.”

She believed that she was safe from disapproving eyes as she wore them in the Red Light district.

Feeling stylish, she believed that the police who approached her did so to send a compliment her way. The opposite happened instead, with them declaring that she was “too indecent.”
However, she was soon detained for public indecency. She recounted with amusement that the police confiscated the indecent shorts and never gave them back in order to ensure that she never wore them in public again.
Qiang Qiang is a 34-year old YouTuber who is known for her outspoken nature and sexy physique.
