After winning a talent competition, Show Lo Chih Hsiang debuted in 1996 as a member of a Taiwanese boy group that parodied the “Four Heavenly Kings of Cantopop,” Jacky Cheung, Andy Lau, Leon Lai, and Aaron Kwok. Show Lo’s reputation took a steep nosedive, however, in 2020 after his ex-girlfriend, fashion blogger Grace Chow (also known as Zhou Yang Qing) accused him of serial infidelity. Chow accused Show Lo of participating in orgies, having inappropriate relationships with his female labelmates and staff members, and more, causing Show Lo to face severe backlash. He reportedly lost $20 million USD in endorsements and appearance fees.

In 2021, Show Lo came back with the release of a new song, “Trap Game,” and he released his first album in five years, Wu Zhuang Yuan in July this year. In addition to these releases, the star has made an entirely different kind of comeback by reemerging as his female alter ego, Zhu Bishi.
