She appeared on the SBS talk show and explained that this diet allowed her to lose 8kg in a month.
She said that doing hot yoga, exercising and only eating this small amount, meant that she could drop a huge amount of weight in a short time.
This crazy diet really shows the lengths Soyou went to in order to look perfect before appearances.
But trying this kind of diet is very dangerous and Soyou advises everyone to not attempt the same diet as her.
