Most Korean celebrities debut at a young age, as a majority debut by the time they’re 20 years old. However, not all Korean celebrities follow this pattern. Here are a few Korean actors who didn’t follow this, and debuted at a relatively late age.
1. Jung Hae In
Jung Hae In decided to become an actor during his time in the military. After he got discharged, he started taking action to make his dreams a reality. When Jung Hae In turned 26, he made his official debut as an actor.
2. Yoo In Na
Yoo In Na originally had trained to become a K-Pop idol, but ultimately quit when she realized that she couldn’t memorize choreographies. She eventually decided to try out acting and made her debut when she was 28 years old.
3. Sung Hoon
Sung Hoon had originally wanted to become a professional swimmer, but an injury ultimately stopped this. He eventually got interested in acting and made his debut as an actor when he was 26 years old.
