Many countries have given flowers meaning for various occasions, and a common theme is “birth flowers”. Most English-speaking countries give each month a significant flower(s) (ex. March = Daffodil, September = Aster/Morning Glory, etc.), however, Korea is unique in that it gives a birth flower for every single day of the year!
