Here Are All 20 K-Pop Comebacks To Look Forward To In October So Far
October is already looking like a pretty packed month for K-Pop! While the following list might not be exhaustive, here are 20 K-Pop artists that are planning on having a debut or comeback next month. Which one are you most excited for??
October 2: BLACKPINK’s First Full Album Release
Most people know by now that BLACKPINK is finally set to release their first full album next month on the 2nd! “How You Like That” will serve as the main single, and “Ice Cream” will also be on the album, with reportedly 8 other songs.
October 5: WEi Debut
This 6-member boy group from OUI Entertainment is set to finally debut on the 5th! They will be releasing a mini-album called Identity: First Sight at 6 PM (KST), along with a music video to go with it.
October 7: Golden Child Comeback
Not much is known about Golden Child’s comeback yet, besides that it will be coming out on October 7, stated in the teaser above!
October 7: NU’EST Japanese Album Release
NU’EST will be releasing a Japanese album called Drive on October 7. It will have 14 songs, which will be Japanese versions of the songs off of their The Table and The Nocturne albums, and also includes an original Japanese song also called “Drive”. “Drive” is said to be written by the members along with producer Bumzu!
October 7: J.Y. Park Japanese Album Release
Not a lot is known about this comeback from J.Y. Park yet, besides that it will be a Japanese “Best Of” album from the artist released on the 7th!
October 14: GFRIEND Japanese Single Release
This will be the first of two Japanese versions of GFRIEND’s songs that will be released in October! On this date, they’ll release a Japanese version of their song “Crossroads”.
October 19: Im Changjung Album Release
Veteran singer Im Changjung is set to come out with his 16th album on this date!
October 21: GFRIEND Japanese Single Release
This is the second date for GFRIEND to release a Japanese version of one of their previous songs, this time for “Apple”!
October 21: IZ*ONE First Japanese Album Release
IZ*ONE will be releasing their first Japanese album, Twelve, on the 21st of October! Further details haven’t been shared yet.
October 28: Super Junior-KRY Japanese Single Release
Super Junior’s KRY subunit will be releasing a Japanese album, Traveler, on the 28th of October. It will include the original Japanese song “Traveler” as well as a Japanese version of “When We Were Us”.
TBA: Weeekly Comeback
Rookie girl group Weeekly is set to have their first comeback sometime in the month! They will be releasing an album with this comeback.
TBA: LABOUM Comeback
LABOUM will release a mini-album sometime in the middle of the month, which will be their first comeback in a year since they came out with the album Two Of Us last September.
TBA: Soyeon (T-ara) Solo Debut
T-ara’s Soyeon is set to have her solo debut in October, though further details are not yet known.
TBA: Mino (WINNER) Full Solo Album Release
WINNER’s Mino is going to release a full album in October, with at least 10 songs on the track list.
TBA: DRIPPIN Debut
DRIPPIN is Woollim Entertainment‘s newest boy group to debut. They will have 7 members, 6 of which participated on Produce X 101 and another secret member that hasn’t been revealed. They will make their debut sometime in the month.
TBA: CIX Comeback
CIX was originally supposed to have this comeback in June, but due to Bae Jinyoung‘s injury, they postponed it until October. They will release their third mini-album called HELLO Chapter 3. Hello, Strange Time, with the title track “Jungle”.
TBA: PRISMA Debut
PRISMA is a multinational 5-member girl group that’s going to debut under UnionWave Entertainment sometime in October. They have 2 Korean members, as well as a member from Spain, one from Italy, and one from the United States.
TBA: P1HARMONY Debut
P1HARMONY will be FNC Entertainment‘s newest boy group to debut, which will happen sometime in October!
TBA: TWICE Comeback
All that’s known about this is that the girl group is planning to have their next comeback in October! Hopefully more details will be released soon.
