BTS’s J-Hope Takes ARMY On A “Hobipalooza” Journey From Day 1 Of Practice To The Lollapalooza Stage
BIGHIT Music just released some brand new photos revealing BTS J-Hope‘s hectic schedule leading up to his legendary performance at 2022 Lollapalooza. From his long grueling hours of practice, to rehearsing in Chicago, to finally gracing the main stage, check out his entire journey below!
1. Practicing in Korea
J-Hope diligently practiced every day for weeks leading up to his appearance at Lollapalooza.
Known as “Team Leader Jung” for his work ethic and focus in the practice room, J-Hope got right to work making the performance as perfect as possible.
2. Choreography Practice
During a livestream, he revealed that he would practice for around 5 hours a day.
From stage directing to live practice, J-Hope carefully participated in every detail.
Like a true professional, J-Hope would check the setlist music, arrangement, and sound.
Carefully monitoring his practice, he would review his progress and make the appropriate changes.
Day after day, he diligently showed up to practice and gave it his all.
3. Rehearsing in Chicago
After 8 days of practice (7 days in a row, a day off, and then one more day of practice), he left for Chicago.
The practice venue with the band was the same location as where BTS performed in 2015.
4. Making a Dance Practice Video
Even during his busiest times, he shot a choreography video with the same flawless skills he eventually showed on stage.
Finally, one last rehearsal at the Lollapalooza stage!
5. Show Time
J-Hope takes the stage and makes history as Lollapalooza’s first Korean headliner.
He surprised fans with an extensive setlist, unique choreography, and unforgettable energy.
