Here Are All 26 Acts On The Lineup For This Year’s “KBS Gayo Daechukje 2020”
With TVXQ‘s Yunho, ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo, and actress Shin Ye Eun as MCs, the 2020 KBS Gayo Daechukje (also known as the KBS Song Festival) is set to be one of the year’s most star-studded events. Here are all 26 performers you can expect to see starting 8:30pm KST on Friday, December 18.
1. BTS
If 2019’s KBS Gayo was anything to go by, BTS will likely perform some of their B-side tracks alongside hit singles like “Dynamite” and “Life Goes On”.
2. TWICE
Fans are hoping TWICE will perform their upcoming single “Cry For Me”, which is set to drop on the same day KBS Gayo airs.
3. SEVENTEEN
This year, SEVENTEEN made waves with “Left & Right” and “HOME;RUN”, so expect to see them performed on Friday.
4. GOT7
GOT7 will likely be performing “Not by the Moon” and “Last Piece” at this year’s festival.
5. NCT
After NCT released so many singles this year, there’s no telling which ones they’ll perform, but their latest mega-medley track “Resonance” will probably make an appearance.
6. ITZY
Prepare for a rousing performance of ITZY’s “Not Shy”, “Wannabe”, or perhaps even both.
7. TXT
“Can’t You See Me” and “Blue Hour” were TXT’s biggest songs of the year, but popular B-sides like “Drama” could potentially be part of their setlist too.
8. aespa
They may be new to the K-Pop scene, but tons of fans are excited to see aespa pull of an awesome “Black Mamba” stage at KBS Gayo.
9. ENHYPEN
After attracting a huge fanbase during their stint on I-LAND, ENHYPEN will be bringing debut track “Given-Taken” to the gayo stage.
10. MAMAMOO
MAMAMOO’s 2020 title track “Aya” is sure to make an appearance on Friday, but there’s also a possibility for the members to perform their solo songs.
11. MONSTA X
If you enjoyed “Fantasia” and “Love Killa”, get excited—MONSTA X are part of the KBS Gayo lineup too.
12. IZ*ONE
Sadly for fans, this year will likely mark IZ*ONE’s last year-end festival performances ahead of their contract expiry in 2021.
13. (G)I-DLE
With such a stark difference between “Oh My God” and “DUMDi DUMDi”, there’s no telling what (G)I-DLE’s KBS Gayo performance will look like.
14. Taemin (SHINee)
SHINee’s Taemin will be bringing a performance from his Never Gonna Dance Again album duology to the KBS stage.
15. GFRIEND
“Crossroads”, “Apple”, and “Mago” are all potential candidates for GFRIEND’s setlist on Friday.
16. Jessi
After taking over social media with her eccentric single “NUNU NANA”, Jessi will be making an appearance at the festival too.
17. Stray Kids
Stray Kids reached new heights with songs like “God’s Menu” and “Back Door” this year, so fans are excited to see what the come up with for KBS Gayo.
18. The Boyz
Still chasing the high of their Road to Kingdom win, The Boyz will likely perform “The Stealer” on Friday—and maybe even “Christmassy!”.
19. Oh My Girl
Likewise, Queendom second-place winners Oh My Girl are set to bring their smash hit “Nonstop” to the stage.
20. ASTRO
Alongside his MC role, ASTRO’s Cha Eunwoo will be joining the rest of his group for a KBS Gayo performance.
21. NU’EST
Since “I’m in Trouble” is the only single NU’EST released this year, it’s likely the one they’ll perform at the festival.
22. J. Y. Park & Sunmi
JYP Entertainment founder J. Y. Park will be teaming up with Sunmi as the two perform their surprisingly catchy song, “When We Disco”.
23. MOMOLAND
Hot on the heels of their “Ready or Not” comeback, MOMOLAND is joining the gayo lineup this week.
24. Paul Kim
Paul Kim is a South Korean ballad singer, this year best known for his single “But I’ll Miss You”.
25. Kim Yonja
Kim Yonja is a well-known South Korea trot singer.
26. Sul Woon Do
Sul Woon Do is also a well-known South Korea trot singer.
