20+ Of The Most Hilariously Inappropriate Shirts 3rd Gen Male K-Pop Idols Have Ever Worn
K-Pop idols are expected to fit a near squeaky clean image. They even have to cover up tattoos and refrain from using explicit language in songs on broadcast.
So, it’s low-key hilarious when idols are spotted wearing inappropriate shirts, whether it be vulgar English phrases or shocking imagery. Here are 20+ of the most hilariously inappropriate shirts worn by 3rd Gen male K-Pop idols…
1. BTS’s Jimin
OG ARMYs would recognize this iconic selfie! The shirt included “Blood and sp*rm all over the place” in small text.
2. EXO
Several members of EXO, including Lay, wore a hoodie that read, “I’ve never wanted to p*ss on someone’s face more than I want to on yours.”
3. SEVENTEEN’s Jun
At first glance, Jun appeared to be wearing a classic striped shirt. Yet, the words printed on the front read, “HOLD HANDS, TAKE LSD, FIND GOD.” Hippie vibes!
4. GOT7’s Mark Tuan
Of course, “Just Right” era Mark is best associated with the iconic donut hoodie. Yet, he also wore a hoodie with the graphic “PUFF! PUFF! PASS!” on it. Mark is from Los Angeles, California, and fluent in English, so he likely knew the context. And considering South Korea’s strict laws against marijuana usage, it is a kind of ironic choice of fashion for a K-Pop idol.
5. NCT’s Winwin
Winwin famously wore a red plaid button-up with “M.I.L.F HUNTER” in large print. If you know, you know!
6. iKON’s Donghyuk
Donghyuk was once spotted in a shirt with the words “Angel F*ck” written on the back.
7. BTS’s Jimin
Jimin makes another appearance on the list with a shirt that totally contradicts his sweet personality! In 2019, at iHeartRadio‘s BTS LIVE Q&A Event, Jimin wore a turtleneck that read “Иди нахуй.” Translated from Russian to English, it read, “Go sit on a d*ck.” It’s basically the Russian equivalent to “go f*ck yourself.”
8. SEVENTEEN’s Joshua
Joshua wore this punny but inappropriate shirt that said, “THEY HATE US CAUSE THEY AN*S.”
9. VIXX’s N
Who can forget the time N wore this “PORN IS THE NEW BLACK” shirt to a fanmeeting?
10. NCT’s Taeyong
Taeyong once wore a hoodie with “SEXUAL FANTASIES” printed on the front.
11. NCT’s Renjun
Similarly, fellow NCT member Renjun wore a striped PLEASURES shirt that read, “LIFE, SEX, DEATH” under the brand logo.
12. NU’EST’s Ren
The shirt in question read, “He’s an obnoxious pr*ck, and his shoes are ugly.” That’s oddly specific.
13. NCT’s Renjun
Renjun makes a reappearance on the list with a punny polo that included “SHIRT” in large print, but the “R” was hollow, so it could also be read as “SH*T.”
14. BTS’s J-Hope
While BTS learned more about hiphop in LA on their reality show American Hustle Life, J-Hope wore a T-shirt with large text, “KEEP ONE ROLLED,” referencing marijuana. Again, like Mark Tuan, it’s sort of odd for an idol to wear, considering South Korea’s strict laws against the drug.
15. BTS’s J-Hope
Yet, that wouldn’t be the last time J-Hope wore a weed shirt. He was also spotted rocking one with a marijuana leaf print.
16. BTS’s Jungkook
Similarly, the maknae wore a T-shirt that had the leaf print from the brand HUF.
17. MONSTA X’s I.M
I.M wore a shirt with the phrase “F*CK OFF” on the back of it during the group’s comeback stage of “BEAST MODE” on M COUNTDOWN.
18. EXO’s Sehun
Sehun was a whole meme with a T-shirt that said: “MENTALLY F*CKED.”
19. NCT’s Johnny
Johnny once wore a black T-shirt with the text, “Do you wanna funk?” Clearly, it was a play on words of, “Do you wanna f*ck?”
20. EXO’s Chen
Chen wore a T-shirt with a pocket that spelled “C*M.”
21. VIXX’s Ken
His shirt said, “I’M STILL ALIVE YOU SUCKERS.” This is a bit milder than others, but it’s technically just as vulgar as “f*ckers” if you think about the connotations.
22. SEVENTEEN’s Joshua
Joshua was a whole mood with a shirt that read, “SAME SH*T, DIFFERENT DAY.”
23. BTS’s Suga
In the “FAKE LOVE” MV, Suga appeared in a T-shirt that read, “BITE ME.” That’s not the most inappropriate aspect of the BOND shirt, though. The image on the shirt is American punk rock band The Dead Boys‘ Stiv Bators receiving a bl*wjob from a waitress during a performance at New York City music club CBGB.
24. VIXX’s Hyuk
It technically has a good message but contains a curse word as the shirt read, “ALL AGAINST HOMOPHOBIC RACIST SEXIST *SSHOLES”
25. EXO’s Baekhyun
He didn’t realize until he was on stage that half-naked girls were together on his T-shirt.

26. NCT’s Jeno
Jeno wore a hoodie during NCT DREAM‘s March 30, 2022, live broadcast that read “HENTAI OR DIE.” If you didn’t know, hentai is a genre within Japanese anime or manga that is essentially porn as it contains over-sexualization of characters and explicit plots and images.
