Jimmy Fallon Declared BTS’s J-Hope The Most Fashionable Member, So Here’s 10+ Pics To Prove It
BTS returned to NBC‘s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for a two-day take-over event. During the first episode, they performed their new song “Permission to Dance” and were interviewed by host Jimmy Fallon. He asked them various questions, from topics about music to even clearing up some rumors within the fandom.
One of these questions was directed towards J-Hope. Jimmy asked J-Hope, “Is it true that you consider yourself the most fashionable member of BTS?”
After the audience cheered, verifying truth to this rumor, J-Hope himself confirmed it by showing off his outfit of the day and saying, “Absolutely, yeah!”
Whether you agree or not, there’s no denying J-Hope has a style unlike any other. He is very individualistic and uses his fashion to express himself. Whether it’s during a performance, dance practice, or simply traveling, he looks so effortlessly fashionable that many say that he is just as good or better than any model.
So, here are 10+ pictures that prove J-Hope is the “most fashionable” of all…
1. His BTS 2021 Muster Sowoozoo looks
BTS’s FESTA concert event, 2021 Muster Sowoozoo, for their 8th anniversary, had many iconic performances, such as an OT7 performance of “Chicken Noodle Shoup.” With those performances also came several great outfits.
However, his outfit pre-performance is a perfect example of how effortlessly stylish and put-together J-Hope looks at any time.
2. At the airport
J-Hope has some of the best casual looks, but his airport fashion especially is something special. Perhaps, his most iconic airport outfit of all time is this all-blue look with accessories we all wanted.
He puts together unique pieces we wouldn’t normally think to and looks great!
3. 2020 Melon Music Awards
For the 2020 Melon Music Awards performance of “ON,” J-Hope showed that he also makes designer clothes his own creation as he wore a cropped version of Rich Owens‘ iridescent-effect shirt jacket.
4. His “shirtless” airport fashion
His hottest airport fashion of all time is his “shirtless” outfit, in which he wore a denim jacket and baggy shorts. He wore this during one of his trips to LA and a similar outfit with different shorts during his meeting and rehearsal with Becky G for “Chicken Noodle Soup.”
5. A Butterful Getaway
For BTS’s latest comeback special, A Butterful Getaway, J-Hope wore a colorful outfit that very few could pull off. He paired two patterned pieces together and then layered a Gucci mesh tank with a large tiger head on it.
6. “Butter” and “Permission to Dance” comeback
This comeback especially shows how J-Hope can not only make things his own but make some styles work that no one else can. For one of the “Butter” concept photos, we saw him in this all-denim look from Doublet that was altered, then paired with fuzzy boots.
In the “Permission to Dance” music video, he also wore an all-denim look. Similarly, his denim pants appeared altered, and he wore them as shorts with the bottom halves as basically legwarmers.
Suddenly, we like cowboys! He also wore flared white jeans with chaps in the music video.
7. 2021 FNS Music Festival
J-Hope’s performance outfits are even better! For the 2021 FNS Music Festival, he dressed in a yellow outfit, fitting of “Butter,” with a white waistcoat. His accessories were the true star of the show with a candy-themed necklace, bracelet, and ring from Mikshimai.
8. Simple yet classy
Not all of J-Hope’s outfits are “loud” or colorful. He also wears simple and stylish outfits like the one below. His choice of bomber jacket has some colorful flowers despite being predominantly black that still allows some of his personality to shine through.
9. Accessory king
Similarly, he knows how to select the best accessories to make even the most casual outfits stand out from the crowd.
10. Patterned sets
Many of us are afraid to experiment with patterns; J-Hope is not. He can even make a matching “junk food” patterned shirt and shorts look high-class!
11. Louis Vuitton model
Some things just make sense… One of those being that J-Hope is officially a model! As BTS are now Louis Vuitton House Ambassadors, they were also included in the brand’s Fall-Winter 2021 Fashion Show in Seoul.
His outfits in the show were absolutely amazing, but no one can wear it better than him.
