Fans of Squid Game might want to tune into this new K-Drama. With an all-star cast that includes Ryu Jun Yeol, Chun Woo Hee, and Park Jung Min, The 8 Show follows eight people who are invited to appear on a reality show, Money Game. When they arrive on set, they’re informed that they must stay inside an 8-story building for 100 days to win a life-changing cash prize…but there’s a catch. This Netflix series is based on the webtoon Money Game and its sequel Pie Game.
3. Frankly Speaking – May 1
This romantic comedy follows a news anchor who develops an unfortunate condition–the inability to lie–and a variety show writer whose #1 goal is to create an entertaining show. It stars Go Kyung Pyo, Kang Han Na, and Joo Jong Hyuk.
