Gaon started awarding certifications for albums that reached a certain amount of sales back in January 2018. A platinum certification is reached at 250k sales, double platinum at 500k sales, triple platinum at 750k sales, and a million certification at 1 million sales.

These certifications aren’t extremely common, so it’s always a huge accomplishment to be awarded one. Here are the 15 K-Pop albums that have received a triple platinum, or higher, certification.
