13 K-Pop Comebacks And Debuts You Won’t Want To Miss In June 2022

Which comeback are you most excited for?

May is over halfway through, and many K-Pop fans are already looking forward to some major comebacks in the next month! Though more announcements will likely come over the next couple of weeks, here are 13 confirmed comebacks and debuts that you won’t want to miss in June.

June 2: Jo Yuri Comeback

On June 2, former IZ*ONE member and now-soloist is set to have a comeback at 6PM KST/5AM EST with her first mini-album, Op.22 Y-Waltz : in Major! The title song is called “Love Shhh!”.

June 8: Secret Number Comeback

On June 8, Secret Number is planning to have a comeback! Further details aren’t known yet, but this will be their first release since they came out with “Fire Saturday” in October last year.

June 10: BTS Comeback

On June 10, BTS will be making their long-awaited comeback with the anthology album Proof. More details about this album are being released all the time, so make sure to keep an eye out for them as the days get closer to this exciting comeback!

June 20: Girls’ World Debut

On June 20, pre-debut girl group Girls’ World will be making their debut under Liz Entertainment. The line-up consists of four members — WindyKyrinHari, and A-ra — and it will be the label’s first debut since CHIC&IDLE debuted in July 2020.

June 22: Stray Kids Japanese Comeback

On June 22, Stray Kids will be making their Japanese comeback with their second mini-album, CIRCUS! It will have a title track of the same name, along with five other tracks including Japanese versions of “MANIAC”, “Venom”, and “Silent Cry”.

June 22: CLASS:y Japanese Debut

Also on June 22, rookie girl group CLASS:y (formed by survival show My Teenage Girl) will be making their Japanese debut with the Japanese version of their Korean debut song, “Shut Down”. This comes only about a month and a half after they made their debut in Korea on May 5!

June 24: Nayeon Solo Debut

On June 24 at 1PM KST/12AM EST, it was just announced that TWICE member Nayeon will be making her long-awaited solo debut! She will be releasing her first mini-album titled IM NAYEON, and pre-orders start on May 24.

June 29: Rocket Punch Japanese Comeback

On June 29, Rocket Punch is set to make their Japanese comeback with their first Japanese single album, Fiore. The album will have two songs: A Japanese version of their song “Bouncy”, and a title track of the same name as the album.

TBA: Lapillus Debut

Though a specific date hasn’t been announced yet, new K-Pop girl group Lapillus is set to debut under MLD Entertainment this month! This will be the label’s first girl group debut in about six years since MOMOLAND debuted, and the group will include former Girls Planet 999 contestant Nonaka Shana and Filipina-Argentinian actress Chanty.

TBA: OMEGA X Comeback

Also without an official release date yet, rookie boy group OMEGA X is planning a comeback in June with a new album, as announced by their label SPIRE Entertainment. The comeback will reportedly “showcase an entirely different side of the group from their previous releases, which mainly highlighted the group’s ‘sexy and wild charms'”, and will be their second comeback of 2022 after they released LOVE ME LIKE back in January.

TBA: woo!ah! Comeback

Woo!ah! is another group set to have a comeback in June, and though a specific date hasn’t been announced yet, they are confirmed to be releasing an album. It will be their second comeback of the year as well since they released the digital single “Catch the Stars” back in January.

TBA: bugAboo Comeback

Rookie girl group bugAboo was also announced by their label, A Team Entertainment, to be making a comeback in June! This will be their first comeback since they debuted back in October of last year, and is said to showcase a different side of the group.

TBA: Hi-L Comeback

Finally, though few details are known about yet, rookie girl group Hi-L will reportedly be making a comeback in June as well! This will be their first comeback since they debuted in August 2021 with the mini-album Go High.
