The Two Idols Who Are The Oldest In Their Groups But The Youngest In Their Families
The idols who are the eldest in their groups are often in charge of leading their members and being the one they go to when they have problems. For most of them, this is not a huge jump from their own family unit as they’re either born the eldest or in the middle.
For these two idols, however, they’re actually the maknaes of their families! Check them out below!
1. BLACKPINK’s Jisoo
Jisoo is BLACKPINK‘s eldest member as she was born on January 3, 1995, a year older than Jennie who is a 1996-liner.
Despite her mature outlook and title of “mom of the group”, she’s actually the youngest of three kids.
She has an older sister named Jiyoon who recently signed with an entertainment agency.
Besides their similar visuals, they are known for being affectionate with each other.
Meanwhile, her brother Kim Junghoon is the real eldest of her family.
He’s married and even has a child, making Jisoo an aunt!
Jisoo may be the maknae of her family, but she’s the beloved eldest of BLACKPINK. Her cute personality and aegyo may be reminiscent of her order in the family.
2. SEVENTEEN’s S.Coups
Next, we have S.Coups who is the eldest in SEVENTEEN as he was born on August 8, 1995.
Jeonghan follows him in age with his birthday landing a few months after on October 4, 1995.
S.Coup’s may be the “dad” of SEVENTEEN, but he grew up the maknae of his family.
He is the younger one of two children. His older brother was born in 1993 and lives in Daegu with his mother and father.
He showed his maturity at a young age as he left his hometown to pursue being an idol, eventually becoming the leader of SEVENTEEN.
Now he’s beloved by his members and fans around the globe!
