1. Red Velvet performing in North Korea
In 2018 Red Velvet visited North Korea to perform at the “Spring is Coming” concert in Pyongyang. They are one only a small number of idol groups to ever perform in North Korea, and netizens still can’t believe it happened.
2. The beef between Taeyeon and Wiz Khalifa
Back in 2016, Taeyeon and Wiz Khalfia were meant to perform together at the Mnet Asian Music Awards, but it never happened. After having public beef about the situation, it was cleared as a misunderstanding.

3. MONSTA X’s collab with Snoop Dogg
Many fans were surprised by MONSTA’s collaboration with Snoop Dogg on the song “How We Do” for the film Spongebob Movie: Sponge on the Run. It came out of nowhere, but fans loved it just the same.
4. IU and Post Malone follow each other on Instagram
To many netizens, it’s surprising to find out that IU and Post Malone follow each other on Instagram. What’s even more shocking to some, is that Post Malone is actually younger than IU!
5. Lil Uzi Vert’s love for GFRIEND
Rapper Lil Uzi Vert has been a longtime supporter of GFRIEND. For many netizens this is surprising, yet wholesome. The rapper even tweeted about his sadness regarding the girl group’s contract expiration.

6. AB6IX and Lizzo
AB6IX came together with singer Lizzo to release a remix of her song “Truth Hurts.” While some netizens were skeptical and thought that this collaboration seemed super random, they couldn’t help but fall in love with this edition of the song.
