These dangerous weight loss methods can have unhealthy side effects and are not recommended. Check out the scary details below.

1. Limited Diets

While items like chicken breast, sweet potatoes, and vegetables can certainly be part of a healthy diet, consuming only these foods may result in a nutritional deficiency.

2. Taking Epsom salt baths

Inspired by UFC fighters who try to lose weight to drop a weight class, this method can have serious side effects.

3. Avoid drinking water

The trainees were so adamant about not putting on a pound that they would become dehydrated.

4. Laxative abuse

Laxatives should only be used for their intended purpose.

Additionally, the trainees would be active during dance practice, making it more dangerous.

5. Working out wearing a trash bag

Trainees would put on various layers of clothes, along with a trash bag.

They would exercise like this in hopes of sweating more to lose more weight.
