Former SM Entertainment Female Trainees Are Getting The Spotlight After aespa’s Debut
aespa‘s just debuted with “Black Mamba” to high interest from the public. Apart from that, former SM Entertainment female trainees are gaining spotlight as netizens wonder what could have been.
1. Woo!ah!’s Wooyeon
Wooyeon was born in 2003 and eventually debuted in Woo!ah! in 2020. It is not clear as to the time period she trained in SM Entertainment.
She’s now the visual of the team!
2. Rocket Punch’s Dahyun
Dahyun is only 15 years old internationally this year, making her one of the youngest idols out there. She was born in 2005.
What a visual! No wonder she was in SM Entertainment.
3. Woo!ah!’s Nana
Nana’s born in 2001, making her the oldest in Woo!ah!
She’s the all-rounder in the group as a main vocal and main dancer.

4. Park Jungyeon
Born in 1997, she famously appeared in BTS‘s “Love Yourself Highlight Reel”. She is now active as a model and actress.
5. Xu Yiyang
Yiyang was revealed as an SM Rookie previously, but left the company in recent years. Surprisingly, she ended up in former EXO Tao’s company as an artist. Korean netizens have nothing but praise for her visuals.
