8 Times Stray Kids’ Seungmin Couldn’t Help But Clown His Members
Stray Kids‘ Seungmin may seem lovable and cute, and he is, but he’s also the group’s unofficial comedian. He’s constantly dunking on his members, all in good fun.
Here are eight times he did just that.
1. When he made fun of Bang Chan for being “old”
Stray Kids won’t let Bang Chan forget he’s the oldest member, particularly Seungmin. When the group gave their messages for the 2022 New Year, Seungmin made sure to point out the leader’s age by yelling, “Hey Chan! Congratulations for twenty-six!”
2. When he called Bang Chan old, again
During a game with Seventeen, Stray Kids had to finish the sentence: Bang Chan is so…”
Seungmin had a hilariously honest answer ready. He completed the sentence with, “Bang Chan is so old.”
3. And again
At a recent concert, Seungmin helpfully prompted Bang Chan when it was his turn to perform by saying, “it’s your turn, grandfather.” While Bang Chan is sometimes referred to as a father of seven when caring for the other members, Seungmin seems to have aged him just a little.

4. When he wouldn’t let Bang Chan catch a break
In a game of “Drip or Drop” with Cosmopolitan, Stray Kids had to decide between two items. Most of the questions were related to fashion, so when they were asked to choose “spicy” or sour,” Bang Chan, understandably, thought it might be referring to fashion.
Seungmin wasn’t about to let the mistake go though and noted, “It’s food, Chan.”
5. When he tried to reset Changbin’s phone
During a SKZ CODE episode, some of the members had fun playing with Changbin‘s phone and its smart assistant, Bixby. Seungmin took the teasing a step further when he requested, “Reset my phone.”
The others were noticeably surprised.
6. When he called Changbin a dummy
Like Bang Chan, Changbin can’t catch a break from Seungmin. During a trip to an amusement park, the group rode a roller coaster. Changbin, who is scared of these rides, bravely conquered his fear, but not without being teased by Seungmin. As they descended, Seungmin yelled, “Seo Changbin is a dummy.”
7. When he tried to sabotage Bang Chan’s eating experience
During an episode of SKZ CODE, Stray Kids cooked and ate food relay-style. Bang Chan, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N were a team. The two youngest members hatched a plan when it was Felix’s turn. Though it was initially I.N’s idea, Seungmin had no problem asking Felix to pour water into the food so it would be ruined when it was Bang Chan’s turn to eat. Luckily, Felix didn’t.
8. When he told a lie
Seventeen asked the group to finish the sentence: “Changbin is so good at…”
Seungmin’s quick-witted response was, “Changbin is so good at nothing.” While fans know this was a joke and, of course, not true, the group got a good laugh out of it.
In the same game, the group voted Seungmin as the funniest member. It’s easy to see why.
