IU will be singing the congratulatory song for T-ARA‘s Jiyeon and Hwang Jae Gyun‘s wedding ceremony.
According to an exclusive report from News1, IU will be performing the congratulatory song at Jiyeon and Hwang Jae Gyun’s wedding, which will be held on December 10 at the Shilla Hotel.
Both IU and Jiyeon were born in 1993 and quickly built up a close bond through 2010-2011 SBS variety show Heroes. While the show did not air for that long, their friendship has remained steady ever since, with both sides boasting that they are best friends with each other.
In 2020, the two were on broadcast together and while eating dinner, they discussed their long-lasting friendship, with both of them tearing up as they talked about how they relied on each other during their difficult times.
Jiyeon announced her marriage to Hwang Jae Gyun back in February, but are just now holding the ceremony.
