New Group 1the9 Is Under Fire For Allegedly Stealing The Logo Of Website 9GAG
1the9 is the group that has been created as a result of the survival show, Under Nineteen. The show gained some attention for the guest appearances of BTS’s J-Hope and EXO’s Kai as mentors on the show but besides those successful episodes, the show seemed to struggle for views.
1the9 released their official logo recently and fans were immediately suspicious due to a striking resemblance to a certain website’s logo.
The logo of the new group looks exactly like the logo of image sharing site 9GAG, albeit with a few small additions.
The group has also faced criticism for having a photoshoot that looks quite similar to Wanna One’s “High Cut” photoshoot.
Fans of the show and trainees are confused and outraged by these similarities.
