Upon recent controversy involving alleged sajaegi, 2PM member Taecyeon made light of the issue by joking that J.Y. Park denied his request to do so.
On September 23rd, the JYP Entertainment singer jokingly posted on social media service Twitter addressing the sajaegi controversy, adding that he had asked J.Y. Park (Park Jin Young / JYP) if they could try sajaegi but was quickly denied.
Although many netizens responded positively and complimented his company’s integrity, others used the opportunity to criticize the 2PM member and his label for their recent lackluster performances on music charts and sales.
