The 3 Former FIFTY FIFTY Members Who Sued ATTRAKT Sign With New Label, Plans For Comeback This Year

They are returning to the entertainment scene.

The three former FIFTY FIFTY members (Saena, Aran, Sio) who sued ATTRAKT have signed with a new company and are planning a comeback later this year.

In a press release shared by IOK Company, they have announced they recently established a subsidiary company, MASSIVE E&C, and have signed exclusive contracts with Saena, Aran, and Sio. They will begin their activities as soon as later this year.

The three members are currently still in a legal dispute with ATTRAKT over issues regarding the company failing to provide the members with their settlement data and that they did not take care of their health. While the legal system ruled to dismiss the lawsuit, ruling in favor of ATTRAKT, the members have continued to be involved in a legal dispute, with ATTRAKT counter-suing the three members, their parents, and Ahn Sung Il. The first trial for that lawsuit will occur on August 29.
