On February 27, Gawon was photographed at Incheon Airport on her way to Milan Fashion Week. The idol will attend the Prada event and appeared to be a little shy during her first international solo schedule.

However, one set of images for her airport departure have gone viral.

In a set of fan taken images, Gawon’s side profile is captured and she appears to look directly at the camera. The images quickly racked up over 1 million views, as netizens discussed her visuals.

In particular, more than one viral tweet mentioned her resemblance to Jihyo, even referring to the younger idol as her “daughter.”

When comparing the two idols, a resemblance can definitely be seen. The two have almost identical eye shapes, and share a similarly strong jawline, while also having similar noses.
