Actress Ha Ji Won Helped Give Smiles To Vietnamese Children As Ambassador For Non-Profit
Actress Ha Ji Won helped give a smile to Vietnamese children. Ha Ji Won participated in the 30th-anniversary event of Vietnam’s Operation Smile, which ran from November 8 to 11 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She first connected with Operation Smile for the first time in Vietnam in 2014 and has continued to work for them as a global smile ambassador.
The international NGO Operation Smile, which is based in Virginia, provides free medical care for children and adults with facial deformities, such as cleft lip and palate.
Ha Ji Won said, “I first entered the operating room and witnessed a child’s surgery in 2014, but the memory of that day has become a driving force. Operation Smile activities are instinctive and immediate. I want to volunteer and spend as much of life as possible making very beautiful children even more beautiful by delivering smiles to them.”
We’re sure Operation Smile is happy to have such a sincere and kind person advocating for them!
As for Ha Ji Won, she will play the main role in the JTBC drama Chocolate that is set to be released on November 29.
