In November 2023, 40-year-old actress Hwang Bo Ra announced she was pregnant.
On November 19, News1 reported that Hwang Bo Ra was expecting her first child. At the time, she was in the second trimester of pregnancy.
The news came one year after her marriage. The November before, Hwang Bo Ra married the CEO of an entertainment company, who is also known to be the brother of top actor Ha Jung Woo and the son of veteran actor Kim Yong Gun. The couple dated for ten years before marriage.
