ADOR Announces On-Site Support For NJZ’s (NewJeans) Hong Kong Show

On March 21, KST, the Seoul Central District Court accepted ADOR‘s application for an injunction against the NJZ (NewJeans) members to prevent them from carrying out independent activities.

ADOR published an official statement following the ruling, expressing its apparent willingness to communicate openly with the members and reach a resolution through dialogue. Meanwhile, the label has also vowed to continue supporting and managing the group in their upcoming official schedules, including the ComplexCon performance in Hong Kong. ADOR stated that they would send staff members to the schedule to help the members who would perform under the name “NewJeans.”
Hello, this is ADOR.
We deeply appreciate the wise judgment of the court regarding the injunction.
As we have legally confirmed our status as the agency of NewJeans, ADOR will take full responsibility for supporting our artists in the future. We will fully support the ComplexCon performance this weekend so that it can be held under the name of NewJeans from ADOR.
We hope to meet the artists soon and have a sincere conversation.
We ask for your warm support and encouragement for NewJeans as they continue to grow together with ADOR.
Thank you.
— ADOR
Meanwhile, ADOR’s injunction request was also expanded to prohibit the NewJeans members from any entertainment activities, including writing, composing, and singing independently.
