Aespa Blows Everyone Away With Live Vocals At University Festival
It’s currently music festival season, and that means that different K-Pop artists are attending various festivals around Korea, with some of the most well-known being university events. These concerts are a fun way for fans to get to see their favorite idols perform in a slightly more casual setting.
On May 22, aespa performed for day two of the Gangnam University Festival and the Dankook University Cheonan Campus Festival. Despite such a busy schedule and being in the middle of promoting their latest track, they showcased nothing but their best during these shows, earning well-deserved praise for their performances.
In the midst of a time when several different K-Pop groups are getting criticized for either lipsyncing or delivering disappointing vocals, aespa’s members proved the mics were on at these events and left jaws dropped with their abilities.

They performed a variety of their songs, including the pre-release single “Supernova”. In addition to looking gorgeous, the members are being praised for their live singing, especially given that Winter is still recovering from a collapsed lunch, and Karina is starting to develop a cold.
