Aespa’s Giselle Will Officially Resume Her Activities After Sitting Out Due To Health Issues
On June 7, SM Entertainment announced that aespa‘s Giselle would sit out of group activities because of health issues.
Recently, Giselle did not attend U.S. schedules because of her physical condition. Therefore, Karina, Winter, and NingNing performed as a trio. Giselle was not able to perform at The Governer’s Ball Music Festival 2023 in New York, which was a special moment as aespa was the first K-Pop group to perform on the main stage.
Giselle also could not participate in throwing the first pitch at the New York Yankees game.
Earlier this month, Giselle missed the JTBC‘s Knowing Bros recording on June 1 which aired nine days later.
On June 15, it was reported that Giselle would resume her activities starting June 16 with the 32nd Lotte Duty-Free Family Concert at the KSPO DOME.
We hope that Giselle got the rest and healing she needed and healthily returns to her activities with the other aespa members.
Meanwhile, aespa will perform on the first day of the 32nd Lotte Duty-Free Family Concert (June 16) along with NCT DREAM, Stray Kids, STAYC, KINGDOM, and Lee Chaeyeon.
