In many instances, fans may ask for an autograph or photo, and although they want to sign for them, security and staff instruct them not to do so for various reasons, including safety.

On September 20, an online community post garnered much attention for aespa Karina‘s adorable way of having to “reject” signing autographs for fans.
Fans found it hilarious that she always made the same face when she couldn’t sign for them.
Most recently, she made her “I’m sorry” face when she couldn’t sign for fans while attending Milan fashion week.
Korean netizens could genuinely see how bad she felt for not being able to accept fans’ requests.
