As her career went on, she maintained her small frame, even losing more weight at times.
Although genetics play a part, Winter’s daily calorie usage is intense. On top of dance practices and performing, she also exercises three to four times a week. During a live stream where she snacked on a late night meal, she candidly revealed her exercise routine.
