Popular Idol-Actress Goes Viral For Looking Unrecognizable In Recent Photo
A former girl group member garnered much attention for her most recent Instagram post.
On July 30, former After School member Lizzy posted a selfie online with the caption, “Spending my birthday with family.”
The photo showed a drastically changed image, shocking many fans. Lizzy, known for her cute and lovely visuals, transformed into a more sophisticated and mature image.
While most left supportive comments, some people missed her old image.

Some also argued that it looked like she had used a filter.

On the other hand, Lizzy debuted in After School in 2010 and also participated in the unit group Orange Caramel.
In May 2021, she was involved in a car accident while under the influence of alcohol. Though her blood alcohol level was reportedly high enough to have her license revoked, there were no casualties. Lizzy stood trial in October of the same year and was fined ₩15.0 million KRW (about $11,100 USD).
