Apple Korea Seemingly Hints At Support For NewJeans On Their Homepage
NewJeans has been promoting Apple and the iPhone for the past few years. They also recently promoted the new iPhone 16, which will launch in September 2024.
As Apple Korea gears up for presales, netizens noticed a particular detail on the brand’s homepage. In the display example for the bluetooth connection to the new AirPods, the name of the AirPods aligned with NewJeans’ lore.
The name of the AirPods was “Hee Soo’s AirPods,” a name that has been synonymous with NewJeans and their fandom, Bunnies. It is well-known that the character Ban Hee Soo in the “Ditto” MV is representative of Bunnies due to the similar pronunciation. In addition, the AirPods Max are named “Natural’s AirPods Max” in Korean, leading many to believe that it hints at NewJeans’ song “Supernatural.”
