ATEEZ Becomes The Only K-Pop Boy Group Besides BTS To Achieve A Huge Charting Milestone

This is amazing!

With ATEEZ‘s most recent album release, The World EP.2: OUTLAW, the K-Pop group has been deservedly breaking past records and proving just how successful they’ve become in the industry. They just earned their third music show win for “BOUNCY (K-HOT CHILLI PEPPERS)” on Music Bank, making it their 16th win total!

Though it’s only been a week since the album came out on June 16, it has already become their best-selling one to date with currently 1.52 million units sold according to Hanteo. Their previous best-selling album, The World EP.1: MOVEMENT, made 936k sales in its first week, which was already impressive back then!

And now, the K-Pop group that started from such a small label as KQ Entertainment has joined the ranks of K-Pop legends BTS in achieving a music chart milestone that no other boy group has accomplished.

ATEEZ has become the second male K-Pop group to reach the top 10 of the official U.K. Albums Chart, which is based on sales of CDs, downloads, vinyl, and weighted audio streams. This just proves how popular the group is in the United Kingdom and how many people are listening to their music there!

They placed at #10 on the chart, as shown below.

ATINYs are understandably ecstatic about this achievement, as they should be! It’s amazing that a non-“Big Four” artist such as ATEEZ could rank so high on a chart that rarely sees K-Pop artists.

Congratulations ATEEZ! Here’s to many more well-deserved wins and accomplishments in the future!
