ATEEZ Just Scored Their First #1 On The Billboard World Albums Chart, And Reached Their Highest Peak Yet On Another
ZERO: FEVER Part.3 is turning out to be ATEEZ‘s most award-winning album so far in their discography, and there’s no denying that it’s deserved! From breaking numerous past sales records to earning the group high rankings on music charts, it’s clear that the group’s popularity is growing rapidly.
Now ATEEZ can add yet another two more accomplishments to their already impressive list!
Each week, Billboard updates their World Albums chart, which ranks the 15 best-selling international albums in the United States at the time of posting. While K-Pop often takes up the majority of listings on the chart, it’s not terribly common for new albums from the music genre to debut onto it. Albums such as BTS‘s Map of the Soul: 7 and BLACKPINK‘s The Album have respectively spent 82 and 50 weeks consecutively on the chart, and don’t appear to be leaving anytime soon.
This week, however, ATEEZ’s latest album not only debuted on this chart, but spends its first week on it at the #1 position!
This is the first time that the group has had an album rank #1 on this specific chart, with their last record going to Treasure EP.2: Zero to One and Treasure Epilogue: Action to Answer, both of which peaked at #5.
And that’s not all they’ve accomplished on Billboard charts this week: The title track of the new album, “Deja Vu”, is now their highest-peaking song on the World Digital Song Sales chart!
With a debut at the #4 position, the song surpasses their past tracks “Wonderland”, “Answer”, “Fireworks (I’m The One)”, and “The Real”, all of which peaked at #6.
This news comes only shortly after ATEEZ made their first ranking on the highly coveted Billboard 200 albums chart, where ZERO: FEVER Part.3 debuted at #42.
Congratulations to ATEEZ, and here’s to hoping your success keeps growing from here! If you haven’t already, check out “Deja Vu” here:
