ATEEZ’s Wooyoung Names His Favorite TXT Member Without Hesitation

But he’s friends with more than one!

Previously, Pixid announced a new variety show via YouTube titled Your Favorite’s Favorites (also known as Faves’ Faves or The Bias of our Bias), hosted by none other than TXT‘s Soobin!

The show’s theme is that each episode will have a different guest. The guest conducts a presentation about their “faves,” promoting them to Soobin and viewers. Episode 3, released today, featured ATEEZ‘s Wooyoung, who presented on his favorite subject, Harry Potter.

Wooyoung was the perfect guest for Soobin’s show, as he is close with the TXT members. Wooyoung had been a BIGHIT MUSIC trainee before signing with KQ Entertainment. Like most close friends, the two couldn’t help but bicker throughout the show, as Soobin alleged that Wooyoung had “left him on read.” They cleared it up while giving their fans lots of laughs.

The two were talking about the different houses within the Harry Potter universe. Wooyoung explained he had been sorted into Gryffindor. Yet, Soobin argued, “I personally think you would suit Slytherin.”

Soobin explained how he and Wooyoung didn’t initially get along because of a misunderstanding. Soobin hadn’t realized Wooyoung was slightly older, mixing him up with another guy, so he had addressed Wooyoung “informally.”

Soobin: When we were trainees together… That time there was a story with Wooyoung. It took a very long time for me to get close with Wooyoung.

Wooyoung: There was a reason for that. Go on. I’m ready, go on.

Soobin: It was those times when we were strict about age differences.

Wooyoung: We were strict?

Soobin: We were strict but when I first got into the company I couldn’t recognize people well so I didn’t know Wooyoung was older than me, and I got confused with another friend so I spoke informally a couple of times.

Wooyoung: Right.

Consequently, Soobin thought Wooyoung didn’t like him at first!

Soobin: But because of that, he was blatantly like, “Ugh, I don’t like him.” You kind of made it obvious. It hadn’t been a while since I entered, and I was very discouraged.

Wooyoung: You’re not the type to be discouraged.

Wooyoung: No, it’s not that. Can I clear this up?

Soobin: Try.

Wooyoung: Can I?

On the other hand, Wooyoung felt a little jealous since Soobin was always spending time with Hueningkai.

Wooyoung: He always hung out with just Hueningkai. It’s right!

Soobin: What does that have to do with this?

Wooyoung: Shut up, Malfoy.

Despite the rough start, the two proved to be good friends today. They both recognized each other as kindhearted people.

Soobin: We had an issue back then but…

Wooyoung: Don’t talk about nonsense, ask questions!

Soobin: I now know that Wooyoung is such a kind, good person.

Wooyoung: Now you know? It’s been 10 years and now you know?

Suddenly, Soobin asked Wooyoung to pick among TXT members, and without hesitation, Wooyoung answered, selecting Yeonjun before Soobin could even finish his sentence.

Soobin: Then for you – among TXT members…

Wooyoung: Yeonjun. Who I like the most?

Soobin originally wanted to ask who Wooyoung liked the least, so Wooyoung jokingly chose him. They let everyone know they were teasing, though, and that they actually really do love each other!

Soobin: I was going to ask who you don’t like.

Wooyoung: You. Actually, that’s not it. I don’t dislike him. I like Soobin. He’s so cute.

Soobin: But I love Wooyoung.

They have such a fun friendship! While Soobin and Wooyoung are close, Wooyoung wasn’t joking about his love for Yeonjun.
