The Backstreet Boys Give A Shoutout To BTS’s Dancing Skills On “The Kelly Clarkson Show”
The Backstreet Boys, one of the biggest American boy bands of all time, recently went on The Kelly Clarkson Show to discuss their new activities—and ended up giving a shoutout to BTS‘s impressive dance talent.
The members of the Backstreet Boys are currently preparing for their upcoming DNA World Tour 2022, and they spilled on the struggles they are facing while doing so, one of which is the impressive number of songs they’ll be performing. Member Kevin revealed that the set list will include all of the group’s biggest hits, as well as more hidden gems from their albums over the years .
According to Brian, the set list adds up to an impressive total of 32 songs…
…which will all be choreographed. Nick said, “And we’re dancing the whole show too.” Host Kelly Clarkson was shocked to hear that, given how difficult it is to sing while dancing, let alone for so long. Nick then added, “Not BTS style, but we’re dancing.”
After the spectacular show that BTS put on at the 2022 GRAMMYs, it’s easy to see where Nick is coming from. BTS’s upgraded performance of “Butter” topped Billboard‘s ranking for the best performance of the night with its epic heist concept and incredible choreography. BTS’s laser-dodging moves and the total magic trick they pulled off with their jackets were on a whole other level!

Though BTS may not have won this year’s GRAMMY for “Best Duo/Group Performance,” they certainly set a standard! And it’s particularly heartwarming to see how much respect the Backstreet Boys have for them. As industry icons themselves, it means a lot coming from them!
