EXO‘s Baekhyun has come under fire after a post that accused him of being responsible for the group’s recent struggles went viral. The post shared on TheQoo claimed that not only did Baekhyun play a role in EXO’s recent setbacks but also that he continues to frustrate fans with his actions.
The scathing backlash he is now receiving stems from EXO’s anticipated winter album, which was allegedly scrapped due to the legal dispute between SM Entertainment and Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin. Many believe that the legal battle, along with the trio’s unexpected press conference, led to the cancellation of the group’s comeback as well as other activities.
With the group’s future now being uncertain, fans have been left confused and suffering ever since.

Recently, SM Entertainment announced a special live broadcast to celebrate EXO’s debut anniversary. The event was planned without Chen, Baekhyun, Xiumin, and Sehun (who is currently serving in the military). Instead, Suho, Chanyeol, D.O., and Kai were set to participate, with EXO-Ls invited to suggest live challenges for the broadcast.

Baekhyun’s comments about the anniversary live on the private messaging app Bubble have reignited frustrations among fans.
So, SM decided to proceed without CBX (and Sehun is currently serving in the military), and they announced that Suho, Chanyeol, D.O., and Kai would hold a live broadcast to celebrate their debut anniversary. They also asked EXO-Ls to suggest ideas for a live challenge.
And yet, Baekhyun just has to make fans suffer again through Bubble… Makes you wonder if he even has a conscience.

In his message, Baekhyun expressed disappointment about not being included in the line-up, saying “it’s a shame” he didn’t know earlier.
Bakehyun: I’m good at challenges too… I want to do a live as well… Wish I had known in advance… Such a shame.
His message was met with scathing backlash, as some interpreted the star’s words as insincere or oblivious to the situation. Netizens argued that Baekhyun, who was involved in the legal issues that led to the group’s instability, should have anticipated the consequences instead of expressing regret and causing more hurt to the fans.

mind you: a sick & feverish baekhyun attended last year's anniversary. he was present at the backstage of the anniv during his active enlistment. he'll be at any group event even at the cost of his health & w/o exposure. so i know and im 100% sure this isnt his nor cbx's decision
