B.A.P Officially Leaves TS Entertainment, Reportedly Disbands As A Group
2 months after the expiration of Zelo’s contract, the contracts of the remaining 4 members of B.A.P (Himchan, Daehyun, Youngjae, Jongup) have all been confirmed to have expired, which means all of the B.A.P members have left TS Entertainment.
TS Entertainment released their statement, confirming all the members have now ended their exclusive contracts and they will not be renewing their contract with the agency.
“Hello, this is TS Entertainment.

It was also reported by a separate news outlet that the group will ultimately disband, as member Youngjae has already reportedly signed a contract with an up and coming, new agency, while Himchan, Daehyun, and Jongup still have not decided on a new agency yet.
Back in August 2018, around 6 months ago, Bang Yongguk was the first member to announce his departure.
