Beloved Actress Shocks Everyone After Announcing Surprise Wedding With No Prior Dating Rumors
Actress Joo Sae Byeok has surprised fans and the entertainment industry by revealing that she recently got married, all without any previous rumors of dating.
According to a report from OSEN on September 29, Joo Sae Byeok married her non-celebrity partner, who is older than her, in a private ceremony held in Seoul on September 28. The event was attended by some of her closest colleagues from the entertainment world, including Oh Chang Seok, Nam Sang Ji, Lee Hyo Na, and Lim Na Young.
Joo Sae Byeok, born in 1990 and now aged 34, had previously shared in an interview that her ideal type was actor Lee Je Hoon, citing her preference for kind and warm personalities. She also mentioned that she was hesitant about public relationships, believing that if things ended, such relationships would follow her like a label. True to her cautious approach, she has now entered married life without a single rumor about her romantic life making headlines.
A graduate of Hanyang University with a degree in Theater and Film, Joo first entered the spotlight as a beauty model. She then made her acting debut in 2016 with MBC’s My Little Baby, and has since built a strong career, appearing in popular dramas like THE K2 (tvN), Sweet and Sour Office (MBC Every1), Again My Life (SBS), and The Witch’s Game (MBC).
In 2023, Joo remained busy, taking on roles in TV Chosun’s My Happy End and KBS1’s Family Tangle. Most recently, she returned to the screen with KBS2’s weekend drama Iron Family, which premiered on the same day as her wedding.
