… celebrity couples have always been a topic of interest to netizens.

Recently, the Korean public voted for who they believed was the best couple in the entertainment industry for 2023.

The Korea Consumer Forum recently announced the results of its annual Brand of the Year Awards, an event that selects and awards brands and individuals who have shone throughout the year through nationwide consumer voting.

This year’s awards were determined with the participation of over 8,019,000 consumers, and the voting process was from July 3 to 16. Participants voted for their favorite K-Pop artists, actors, TV personalities, and more.

For “Best Couple” in the entertainment industry, consumers voted for a celebrity couple who appears on variety shows often: Jasson and Hong Hyun Hee.

Jasson and Hong Hyun Hee met when Jasson was the interior designer for Hong Hyun Hee’s business that she started with her friend, comedian Kim Young Hee. The three of them were supposed to have a meeting together, but due to Kim Young Hee’s busy schedule, Hong Hyun Hee ended up having to attend the meeting alone with Jasson, and it was during this meeting that they developed feelings for one another.

Around a month after casually dating, the two of them officially started their relationship. They married in 2018.

The couple is raising a beautiful baby, and they are dedicated to their job as parents. On a recent episode of KBS2‘s Superman Returns, Jasson shared that he often eats one meal a day to manage his work and parenting responsibilities. He acknowledged that it’s a common experience for parents raising young children.
