BIGBANG set to release long-awaited 3rd full-length album
The year may be ending with a BIGBANG with reports of the group’s upcoming full-length album in the works.
According to a YG Entertainment official on October 19th, BIGBANG began filming their music video the day prior for a new song. It is further revealed that over 300 extras were present for the recording, which took place at an abandoned factory in Cheongjoo. Despite so many extras having attended the filming, it was kept extremely hush-hush.
It is further rumored that the upcoming release will have two title tracks with music videos of their own, and it will be a full-length studio album. This is extremely exciting as it will be BIGBANG’s first studio album release in over eight years! They last released the album Remember in 2008.
From May to August 2015, BIGBANG took over the digital charts with their M, A, D, and E singles. They have since been busy with not only overseas group tour schedules but individual ones as well.
2016 marks the YG Entertainment group’s 10th anniversary, which has prompted a special exhibition, concert, film and more for fans to enjoy and reminisce over their years together.
No date has been announced yet for BIGBANG’s new album, but it is expected to be released before the end of the year.
