BIGBANG Taeyang’s Instagram Bombarded With “BTS Paved The Way” Comments After Hotly Debated Interview
BIGBANG star Taeyang has found himself in hot water after a recent interview with CNN went viral and sparked heated debate online. As a result, all of his recent Instagram posts have been overwhelmed with comments from those upset by Taeyang’s words.
During the interview Taeyang and CNN talked about all things K-Pop and BIGBANG, particularly focusing on the impact the group had on K-Pop global rise. When asked how he felt about K-Pop’s current global dominance, Taeyang opened up and shared his thoughts.
Thankfully, we were able to open doors to global markets for many K-Pop bands that came after us. And they can perform on world stages. I wouldn’t say we presented that, but it feels great that our efforts have played a part in that.

Taeyang’s response has seemingly upset a group of netizens who have taken to Instagram and flooded his most recent posts with “BTS paved the way” comments.
After BIGBANG and Taeyang’s own fans became aware of such comments, they also started spamming encouraging comments and yellow hearts to show support for the star and defend him from any accusations.
As such, Taeyang’s recent posts have become the center of a heated online feud between those unhappy with the BIGBANG star’s interview and those defending him from the spam comments.
