Following Soobin‘s hiatus announcement, it was revealed that following the Golden Disc Awards on January 5, TXT would be going on a break to have a rest.

Fans Fully Support TXT’s Long-Term Break Announcement

Yet, netizens couldn’t hide their shock when BIGHIT MUSIC announced TXT’s next schedules, revealing three dates in Korea in March, just over a month and a half after the group’s break is meant to start.

When the announcement was made, netizens were furious. Considering the break hasn’t even started, fans shared their anger that it doesn’t seem like TXT is going to have a proper break and that the company is just greedy for money.

In particular, shortly after, TXT’s social media accounts announced the group would be going to Europe for the first time, which gained a lot of attention as HYBE groups have been known to miss out the continent allegedly due to regulations surrounding dynamic pricing.

Yet, as happy as netizens are, they found it odd that TXT hadn’t even started their break, but the company seemed to be promoting many activities within only a few months of the start of their time off.

Netizens had high hopes when the break for TXT was announced, as the members have been constantly busy, but the recent news has sparked anger that the group won’t get a proper rest, especially as tour preparations start before the shows.
