BigHit Announced A TXT Ticket Giveaway At The Worst Possible Time

BigHit Entertainment made an exciting announcement about TXT‘s debut showcase, but the timing of it took fans completely by surprise.

On February 7, Big Hit Entertainment confirmed that TXT’s debut will take place on March 4, on Mnet’s Debut Celebration Show at 7 PM KST. The following day, TXT will hold their debut showcase at the Yes24 Live Hall in Seoul at 8PM KST.

A free ticket giveaway for TXT’s debut showcase was announced on TXT’s fan community and their official Twitter account. Winners of the contest, which runs from February 11 to February 22, will be randomly selected and given one free ticket to the event.

The announcement was made on February 10, during the 61st Grammy Awards, which BTS attended as presenters. Many TXT fans are also ARMYs and, as such, they already had too much excitement to handle that night!

These fans joked that they were too “busy” to enter the contest, and begged BigHit Entertainment to stop stressing them out with good news.

For many, the announcement was more like an ambush, but fans have come to expect BigHit Entertainment’s sneaky antics. The first hint for TXT also came out of nowhere, so it looks like the surprises aren’t done yet!
