K-Pop girl group Billlie has officially returned with their fourth mini album, the Billage of perception: chapter three. The title track, “EUNOIA,” which means “beautiful and precious thoughts,” is an alternative punk rock genre with synth wave, disco, punk, and old-school hip-hop elements.
