BLACKPINK Slays Their First "Ending Fairy" Moment As A Group

BLACKPINK recently came back with “Pink Venom” after a long period of two years. While they spent the two years pursuing their individual projects, fans had been waiting for the pinks to come back together for music as a group. Much has changed in the two years! The famous “ending fairy” for music shows was implemented sometime between 2021 and 2022.

During the time of the last promotions the girls did with “Lovesick Girls”, endings were just a group shot followed by a quick scan of the members. For groups with a larger number of members, a close-up wasn’t even given.

2022’s “Pink Venom” marked the first time that BLACKPINK would be doing proper “ending fairies“. For those unfamiliar with the term, it is a close-up at the end of a song that goes on for an extended period of time. It allows the star to pose and charm the fans. Usually, one or two “ending fairies” are chosen per song. For BLACKPINK, the girls were given one each.
