Whenever a BLACKPINK member announces a partnership with a brand, the reaction is always positive and immediately boosts a brand’s recognition. Calvin Klein‘s announcement that Jennie would be their muse again was no exception.
The fashion brand teased Jennie’s return with a look behind the scenes of the new campaign. After seeing the sexy ’90s-inspired photos, fans didn’t waste any time heading to the website. They quickly encountered a problem getting their hands on the items, though.
Between Jennie being part of the campaign and the brand’s sudden rise to number one in South Korea’s brand rankings, fans reported that Calvin Klein’s website had crashed. They alerted the brand, which promptly handled the issue.
