BLACKPINK Jennie‘s Instagram has always been truly aesthetic, as the idol has posted photos from concerts, schedules, and just her daily life.
On February 14, to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Jennie did something a bit different. In her recent post, Jennie shared an unexpected group of photos, starting with the perfect heart selfie for the day of love.
She then got fans excited by posting a photo of a song, and it made BLINKs LOL because most waited on the picture thinking they would get a clip or sound with the photo. Hilariously, it turned out to be a screenshot showing that Jennie was just teasing fans.
There were then some more random shots, including of her adorable dog, plushies, the idol doing pilates, cats, and the moon. Even without any connection to each other, fans loved the insight into Jennie’s life.
Yet, the one photo that really took netizens by surprise came as a “jump scare.” Among the photos, Jennie proved how iconic she is by posting a random photo of herself wearing what looked like a unique face mask. Covering the most important places on your face, Jennie wasn’t afraid to go makeup-free and showcase her skin-care routine.
She then finished with some drawings from her OA office and another relatable selfie that saw Jennie holding a packet of chips and a drink.
When the photos were posted, netizens couldn’t get over the random mixture of photos. From excitement over a new song (with many joking that Jennie teased them because they thought it was video) to the most random daily life photos, BLINKs loved how unserious the idol was being.
